6. Strafbestimmungen 6.1. Geltungsumfang der Verordnung Die Verordnung gilt -im Gebiet der Union einschließlich ihres Luftraums, -an Bord der Luftfahrzeuge und Schiffe, die der Hoheitsgewalt eines Mitgliedstaats unterstehen, -für natürliche Personen, die die Staatsangehörigkeit eines Mitgliedstaats besitzen, innerhalb und außerhalb des Gebiets der Union, -für nach dem Recht eines Mitgliedstaats gegründete oder eingetragene juristische Personen, Organisationen oder Einrichtungen, -für natürliche oder juristische Personen, Organisationen, Einrichtungen oder Vereinigungen hinsichtlich aller Geschäfte, die ganz oder teilweise in der Union getätigt werden. 6.2. Außenwirtschaftsgesetz 2011 Zuwiderhandlungen gegen die Verordnung sind gerichtlich strafbare Handlungen und es kommen die §§ 79, 83 und 84 AußWG 2011 zur Anwendung.
